Prenatal Services
Receive personalized support and guidance during your pregnancy journey, such as nursery & baby gear setup and Newborn Care Basics. Your certified doula will assist you with birth planning, provide answers to your questions, and ensure you are prepared for a positive birthing experience.

Birth Doula Services
(Support during labor and delivery)
Experience compassionate and nurturing support during labor and delivery with our birth doula services. Your certified doula will be present to comfort, advocate, and facilitate a memorable birth experience for you. We offer comfort measures during labor, such as water birth, massage, counterpressure, breathing techniques, position changes, aromatherapy, and heat or cold therapy.

Duration: As needed
Cost: The service price is based on the number of sessions and the Birth & Service Plans. The doula will provide services up to two hours after birth.
Location: Hospital, Birthing Center or Client's Home
Postpartum Services
Transition smoothly into parenthood with our postpartum support services. We offer assistance with newborn care, emotional support, and recovery guidance to help families adjust to life with a new baby.

Duration: Once a week for up to 6 weeks. Duration can be customized up to 1 year, if needed, for an additional fee.
Cost: The service price is based on the number of sessions after the initial 6 weeks.

Optional Services

Meal preparation and basic culinary education classes

Other creative assistance, such as helping families introduce their beloved pets (dogs and/or cats) to their new baby.
